STUDENTS HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION
LCB Hall of Residence is conveniently located at Batu Satu, just a 5-minute walk from college. The area offers easy access to eateries, supermarkets, and banks, providing everything you need within close reach. This seven-story apartment building features four units per floor and can accommodate up to 140 students, offering a comfortable and convenient living experience.

A communal space where students can enjoy meals, and socialize. Equipped with dining tables, and chairs, it fosters a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for shared dining experiences.

A functional area and clean shared kitchen space equipped with an electric stove, a kettle, and a fridge, providing students with the basic amenities for cooking and meal preparation. The are is well-ventilated with a window, ensuring comfort during use.
gym
Situated at the ground floor lobby, the gym is a dedicated fitness space featuring treadmills, dumbbells, and benches for cardio and strength training. The open design, paired with ceiling fans, provides a comfortable environment for exercise.
Workout area
Located on the ground floor lobby, the workout area is a spacious, open area with padded flooring, ideal for activities such as yoga, martial arts, or group exercises. The setup provides ample room for movement, with natural ventilation and ceiling fans ensuring a comfortable workout environment.
Laundry
Located on the ground floor lobby, the laundry area is equipped with modern wet and dry washing machines for convenient and efficient laundry care. The organized layout ensures ease of use, catering to students' daily needs.
ROOM AMENITIES:
- Each room is quipped with a ceiling fan and air-conditioning.
- Single-size bed (bed sheets will not be provided), a pillow, study table with chair, wardrobe and black-out curtains.
- Each apartment has a shared kitchen, fridge and dining area.
- Housekeeping of common area of apartment only.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Monthly advance payment is required
- Management of the student accommodation will arrange the pairing of shared accommodation.
- Lost key/card will be chargeable for replacement.
