Please read the following terms carefully before submitting your application:

Students are required to attend all lectures, tutorials, tests/exams as specified in the timetable and submit written work as required by the College.
Any absence of leave should be approved in writing by the College prior to the day of emergency or illness, medical certificate or supporting documents must be submitted upon return.
The College reserves the right to change course details, including curriculum, fees, schedules, as deemed necessary for academic or operational reasons.
Students must adhere to the College's Code of Conduct and maintain professional behaviour at all times while on campus or representing the institution.
Tuition fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed instalment plan by the agreed deadlines. Failure to do so may result in suspension or withdrawal from the course.
The College operates a strict non-refundable policy regarding application fees and deposits, except as explicitly stated in the refund policy.
Academic integrity is paramount. Any form of plagiarism or cheating will be dealt with according to the College's disciplinary procedures.
Students are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings while on College premises.

Personal Data Sharing

Laksamana College of Business will share all access of personal data provided in the application form with the University of the Essex and that the institutions are able to protect all personal and sensitive information that it collects, processes, and retains upon enrolment. Student personal information includes any information about my identity, academics, medical conditions, or any documents containing identity. This includes but not limited to my name, address, names of my parents or guardians, date of birth, contact details, grades, attendance, disciplinary records, and other information necessary for basic administration and instruction.
