The best way to understand life at LCB is through the voices of those who have experienced it firsthand. Our students come from different backgrounds, cultures, and academic pathways, yet they all share one common experience: being part of a supportive community that encourages learning, personal development, and future success.
My hospitality classes were inspirational and useful, fun and interesting and I enjoyed every one of them. The depth and detail of what we were learning was far beyond my expectations! I would say that I have learnt so much from my programme and Laksamana, from organising and managing events, entrepreneurial aspects by creating our own company and marketing our products as well as extra- curricular activities that I have followed.
The journey with LCB meant so much to me, it has been transformative, both personally and professionally. The support I received from lecturers was instrumental in shaping my academic that I get comprehensive understanding of business management, how business operate and prepare myself for various roles in management. I am sincerely grateful to the friendly and awesome lecturers who have provided valuable feedback to help students excel academically. Furthermore, LCB taught me how to be a resilient person.
I started building up my own self-motivation through attending lectures, watching how determined my superb lecturers are in teaching and making sure we were not lost in class. Indeed, they were very supportive! In addition, seeing my peers enjoying and studying smart in such a great environment in LCB gave the perfect vibe that led me to be who I am right now. To me, choosing the right circle is another key to my success. When you choose the correct circle, you will be surprised by what you can achieve. I believe, you will get your way to what you want to be. Set your goals, stay consistent, be determined and do not give up. Without cries and laughter, there will be no success, they are just part of it. Every progress matter and quitting is not an option. Thank you LCB for this wonderful journey. Forever, I love LCB.
After completing my GCE O Levels, I decided to pursue a qualification in business, so that I could have a valuable certificate that I can use for my future, with the help of my lecturer’s and friends I was able to achieve way beyond what I have imagined. I’ve also gain knowledge and experience from taking part of the activities that the college had provided and I’m grateful to have chosen LCB as my college.
To have the privilege of studying at one of the best college here in Brunei is truly a blessing. I am forever grateful to have studied and gained knowledge under the wings of the lecturers here in LCB who are very supportive and helpful. They have molded me to become a better person and employee by enlightening and introducing me to a variety of methods and knowledge which I can implement in my job environment. Studying and working at the same time really was a challenge especially during this pandemic but it all goes down to how bad you really want it. Having a strong will, desire and a very supportive circle is the key for this successful achievement!

The program emphasizes advancement, recognition, and the delivery of high-quality education throughout my experience of knowledge development and maturity within the field. Providing me with practical culinary skills and a deeper understanding of business success. The curriculum offers a hands-on learning experience, facilitated by our dedicated lecturers and professional chefs. LCB has consistently fulfilled its vision and mission to prepare future learners, indeed embodying the "British education dedicated to excellence" in Brunei.
