Dk Hjh Siti Noorsinah Binti Pg Hj Mohd Arif was part of LCB’s journey from the very beginning, joining the College when it was first launched in 2003 as an Administrative Assistant. Through her dedication and years of experience, she progressed to the role of Registrar in 2006.

Today, as Registrar, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the College’s academic administration. She oversees student records, admissions, examinations, and academic processes, while ensuring compliance with college policies and standards. Beyond administration, she also serves as an important link between staff, students, and key stakeholders, helping to ensure that communication remains clear, efficient, and effective.

With more than two decades of service at LCB, her journey reflects a strong commitment to the College and its students, contributing to the institution’s growth and continued success.
