Ms Bogusia Mischke’s educational foundations are built on a prestigious Bachelor of Business Studies (Second Upper Class) and an International MBA from the University of Glamorgan in Wales (2001), United Kingdom. Her commitment to academic rigor is further evidenced by her Fellow status with the Institute of Public Accountants, Melbourne, Australia.
A cornerstone of her distinguished career was the successful establishment and management of the first British Private College in Brunei. Through a strategic partnership between Kensington College of Business, London, and Abdul Razak Holdings, Brunei, Laksamana College of Business (LCB) was born in March 2003. Starting with just 25 students, the institution has grown under her stewardship to accommodate thousands of local and international students annually.

Having resided in Brunei for 18 years, Ms. Bogusia has traversed roles from Lecturer to Administration Manager, ascending to Director of Academic Studies & Operations in 2018.
