Korea delegation tours LCB

LAKSAMANA College of Business (LCB) recently received a Korean delegation of six Hana Tour agents and 10 Songdo High School students, who were accompanied by Principal Son Jinchang.

Hana Tour, the biggest tour agency in Korea, brought the students to Brunei as part of the school’s Global Leadership Training Programme and Study Tour, allowing them to visit local institutions in the Sultanate.

Songdo High School, established in 1906, is one of the oldest high schools in Incheon, South Korea, with 1,084 students and over 100 years of history.

Deputy Principal and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of LCB Sivarajah Subramaniam, Director of Academic Studies and Operations Bogusia Mischke, International Marketing Manager Kate Lee and LCB Student Council members welcomed the delegation.

The Korean students were then paired off with student council members to tour the premises and learn about each other’s cultures. Sivarajah spoke about the college and its courses. Principal of Songdo High School and Deputy Principal/COO of LCB also discussed potential collaborations in the future.
