

Laksamana College of Business holds blood drive
THE Laksamana College of Business (LCB) Fitness Club held a blood drive to raise awareness on the need to donate blood and to help increase reserves at the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital Blood Bank Unit. The college plans to hold the event twice yearly. Superwater Marketing Sdn Bhd and Syarikat Perniagaan Malar Setia were the main sponsors.


LCB students hold Café Route event

NCB conducts educational talk on drug abuse for LCB students
THE Laksamana College of Business (LCB) recently hosted a one-day anti-drug educational talk by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NBC) of Brunei Darussalam, where the students were briefed on local regulations and the common types of drugs are abused. The talks were organised into four sessions which were delivered by Narcotics Officer Hajah Norhayani Binti Abdullah; and Assistant Narcotics Officers Pengiran Md Nuh Bin Pengiran Mohd, Wasulhana Binti Haji Sudin and Ruddy Mulyaddey


Physical, mental, teamwork tested at Fitness Race
FORTY-EIGHT students of Laksamana College of Business (LCB) participated in its first ever Fitness Race at the Berakas Forest Reserve. The students were divided into two groups: A Wing and B Wing. The opening ceremony started with a Zumba session led by the LCB Performing Arts club, followed by the first rotation of games. During the first rotation, the teams in A Wing played the Relay Run game which included a baton pass of 240-metre running, pulling 15kg tyres for 60 metres
