The BPTV Scholarship at Laksamana College of Business (LCB) offers students the opportunity to pursue internationally recognized qualifications at no cost. This fully funded program covers tuition fees, allowing you to focus on your studies and future career.

Step 1 Download the Borang BPTVA12025 on MOE’s website at www.moe.gov.bn or click here.

Step 2 Fill in the form digitally in Excel format (ensure all required fields are completed).

Step 3 Save the form and email the softcopy (Excel version) to bptv@moe.gov.bn.

Step 4 Print out hardcopy of the completed form.

Step 5 Complete the remaining sections of the form such as Pengesahan Ketua Kampung (to get signed and stamped).

Step 6 A Come to Reception Level 3, Laksamana College of Business and bring your BPTV Form to be checked. Fill in the LCB Application Form and bring 2x copies of: Identification Card, O Level Results & Certificates and a passport-sized photo.

Step 6 B Fill in the LCB Online Application and come to the Reception Level 3, Laksamana College of Business together with your BPTV Form.

Step 7 Receive LCB Offer Letter once the LCB application form is completed and applicant is eligible to apply for the course.

Step 8 Submit hardcopy of complete Borang BPTVA12025 and all required documents along with LCB Offer Letter to Jabatan Pengurusan Biasiswa, Kaunter No. 3 in MOE.
